i bought this boat had the johnson 70hp it sat for a few years got it put in the water starts up right away idles revs up to top rpms when it is in gear it doesnt go past 5mph and when full throttle it feels like it wants to go faster but only revs up and down with throttle opened up all the way any suggestions on this one?
