78 evinrude 115..no spark any plug

just finished putting back together....model 115899c
looks like everything is hooked up properly, stator has been replaced last year just before
tore apart to replace crank gaskets. turns over good but no spark at any plug
traced all wires cant find a problem any Help greatly appreciated

Have battery load tested, engine must spin at 250/300 RPMS to create a spark. make sure all bat. connections are clean shiny and tight no wing nuts at bat connection. good luck
