hello got a few questions here would appreciate any ones help. I have replaced water pump, thermostats, poppet relief valves, new head gaskets, exhuast manifold gaskets. Motor runs great, just curious is water supposed to come out of the two exhaust relief holes on the exhaust housing

Yes. After the motor warms up.

Thank you. How about at the exhaust housing mounts

Yes water will come out around them which you will see when the motor is running on muffs.
