78 115hp Evinrude gear replacement

Problem is jumping and grinding when try to get reverse.
Heres the reverse gear. Notice the wear on the back. Lobbying on the matting surface for the clutch dog. Is this also wear on the top?

Next is the forward gear. I’m not sure what to think about this one. Is this wear on the back? There is a bit of lobbing on the mating surface for the clutch dog...

Next is the clutch dog. Lots of lobbing and a chip in one of the connectors....limited to six pictures per post. I’ll follow up in the comments....

Next is the pinion. Pinion is chewed all up. Almost every tooth is broken/cracked

Has been a rough couple weeks. I think I’m narrowing things down!
