"When taking off from the dock when cold, engine runs great and is very responsive. It would run fine all day long until you shut down for approximately 15-20 minutes then start back up. It will idle fine, but will not accelerate out of idle. You have to slowly work throttle down, eventually it will clear out and run fine. It acts like it floods out while it was sitting. If it is turned off for 5 minutes, it will fire up with no problems...any suggestions?"
