77 johnson 200 which propeller

i just bought a boat its a challenger 21ft i believe. its got a 77 johnson 200 on it, fairly fresh rebuild maybe 20 or 30 hrs on it since. runs good.

currently it has a 21pitch aluminum prop. i get 48mph out of it (speedo dont work, used gps)

i was told it would do 65 or so. at 48mph its around 5500rpm. from hammering it out of the hole it gets there real fast. i feel this boat could, and should be faster. im willing to buy a new prop, but dont want to get one that wont give me the performance i want. any suggestions?

5500 RPM fully trimmed up is not a bad range.---------If motor is in good condition and you were promised 65 MPH ( salesman I presume ) then maybe there is something wrong with the motor.----Time to discuss it with the seller is NOW and not next spring.
