I have a 1976 mercury 75 7.5 hp that I bought off a guy a couple months ago. For a while it would run great. Then it started running whenever it felt like it seems. Now it won't run at all. I replaced the ignition coils and plugs but still nothing. I measured the resistance of the stator coils and show about 157 ohms on each of the stator coils. Can someone tell me if that is a good measurement or are they out of spec. I can't seem to find a special online anywhere that's specific to this motor.
