75hp wont get up to speed under load

I have a 94-95 75 hp Mercury w

I have a 94-95 75 hp Mercury which fires right up and will get rpms in netural but wont under load.I have installed new plugs but that does not seem to be the problem.Under load the motor runs but wont reach top end.worked fine for three trips this year and then the problems started.At full throttle it will go but it takes for ever to get up on plane and wont top out.top rpm is 2200.

spark check with a timing light on each plug wire.
compression to see if its worth fixing.
remove and clean all carbs, you can check to see if its flooding by pumping the bulb and looking down each carb for drips. The only way to fix a carb is to remove it and clean.

Warning, running with a bad carb means no fuel/oil to that cyl. It might already be to late."
 
That motor has a TSB out on it

That motor has a TSB out on it advising you rebuild the fuel pump. Be sure to get the kit from Merc as it contains new style check valves. E-10 causes the edges to curl up causing problems like you are having.
