Have a 75 hp Mariner either late 80's or early 90's model. Motor runs well but I am not getting any voltage output to charge the battery. Where is the best place to start trouble shooting this issue. Did a quick check and all wires are attached. Did not pull flywheel yet but could not feel any play in the shaft and everything looked to be good and clean. Started motor pulled positive cable off battery and checked for voltage from positive cable to ground and had nothing that is as far as I have gotten.
