"ok, so I am new to this boar
"ok, so I am new to this board and for what I see, its good.. so , here is my issue...
this is a new long block(replaced last year), new disty. and at the end of the year it started having issues starting when HOT.
this year (upon dewinterizing) it had some trouble starting. then when it finally started, it will surge when the throttle is set at 1000rpm, and if you snap the throttle she will fall flat before picking up rev'n. I checked for codes, no active codes, and there is a 12 ECT cold in the memory.(normal for what I know coming off storage.)
I checked the fuel pressure, 36psi at idle and both fuel pumps are operational.
PS the timing is at 10 deg BTDC (in test mode, shunted)
is there any help out there???
