looking for anyone with a cheat sheet or diagram with the electrical data numbers when testing various things like spark voltage number or stater number output, or voltage out from the flywheel to coils etc?
currently I have replaced all of the electronics on this two stroke and still having intermittent spark like something is grounding out the voltage, so I'm in need of some direction to look.

If your a reasonably careful mechanic and followed the proceedures suggested above and still intermittent spark, it is possible on this old of a motor that one of the plug wires is arcing to ground somewhere. I have quite often seen the kill button wires shorted to ground too, depending on throttle/stator position. If you replace the plug wires make sure you use solid core and the original or identical wire end. Resistor ends I have discovered on some motors will add too much resistance at starting speed. If there is excessive play in the stator hub, the coils may rub if you don't tweek the clearance, but you will still get spark. The rubbing will produce drag and rotate the stator clockwise thus pressuring the throttle to close. Also it will overheat the coils......I have lots of those in my coil bucket. If left uncorrected the resulting debris may get to the points. Good luck, Tim
