73 pre alpha intake cracked

Where on the intake is it and

Where on the intake is it and how big is the crack? Gas tank epoxy sticks work pretty quick and can be stuffed into a crack since it is like puddy.

the crack is about 6 inches lo

the crack is about 6 inches long and it is on the bottom of the manifold it cracked right at the bottom bend long ways with the manifold. i have some quicksteel laying around. i figured i can try that before using jbweld. There seems to be no pressure on the manifold with it idleling so using quicksteel or jbweld should be ok but im wondering if the crack will keep growing. i only need to temp fix it for about a month till i can get a new manifold.

nah david it was doing it before the crack happened. the crack is on the water intake just below the carb atleast i think its the water intake (shrugs) but i did do the v as mentioned with quicksteel and it holds perfectly.

ill start a new topic for the choking out so these can be two seperate discussions so it doesnt get confusing
