remove both drain plugs,..DO NOT remove the phillips hd bolt,.....to refill,fill from bottom hole ,till fluid runs out top hole,insert drain plug,...then,remove fill tube fr lower hole,insert dr plug,tighten both..."

thanks jwbmarine does this need to be pumped in or straight from bottle and is this standard gear oil available anywhere or is hypoid90 specialty oil

your local walmart should have

your local walmart should have lu oil in the sporing goods or automotive dept..........if you have a good grip you can just squeeze it in......or at least thats the wya i do it.....you can buy a pump specifically for this though
 
need help.....when running thi

need help.....when running this motor it runs smooth at low and medium speed but wide open it runs good then seems to sort of slip for aminute then slip then good rpm seem to go up but boat seems to slow down......any ideas out there what to look for

"It could be a couple of things even though your engine has a shear pin drive there is still a pressed in bush so try another prop.

Have a look at the cav plate height is higher than the bottom of the hull? it should be just under, if your boat has a keel that extends back to the transom then the cav plate should be lower again. have a look and lets us know"
