"try un plugging the main connector plug and jump solonoid, then look for spark.
just gussing but <new switch> means ignition key.
or shift switch, there may be a problem with your connections."

"no spark on both cyls ,suspec

"no spark on both cyls ,suspect a bad power pack
do you have a book to run test procedures,"

Hi there josh Do you have volt

Hi there josh Do you have voltage to the starter solenoid when turning the key switch to start .thats the first thing to check you know. if not .check that is voltage feed to the starter solenoid on both sides . I had a similiar problem once . I had to run my own ground wire to the starter motor itself(GROUND WIRE) even thou it was a new starter .

"Josh, It sounds like the neut

"Josh, It sounds like the neutral safety switch is bad, or the circuitry involved is not continuous.
The safety switch completes the primary start circuit if the shift linkage is in neutral.

The switch might also be aligned improperly.

Tony"
