72 120hp motor cutting out when warm

Problem: Put the boat out on the water and first 5 to 10 minutes it runs like a champ, at all speeds. After the motor warms up it starts cutting out mainly at higher RPMS. Let it set for half hour to an hour and the same process happens, runs great then it warms up and we are back to cutting out. Replaced spark plugs and fuel line. Any ideas????

I assume it is a 125 HP ------Have you checked the water pump impeller ?----------Have you pulled the flywheel to clean the rotor and distributor cap ?-------Run with a timing light and see if it is the ignition breaking up or something else.
