71 Johnson 85 tilt/trim question

Is this a trim/tilt set-up on my 71 Johnson 85 and it's just missing a centre pump or .. ? I'm a newbie with an old boat. Thx

but thanks Racerone. I had that feeling. That's a big ass heavy engine to not have some power assistance at this point in my life.

Ottawa Ontario Canadania. I have a nice Centre Console Key West but was hoping to build a Redneck fishin' boat out of the 85 for the small lake at the cottage. Not will to throw a lot of money at the project. I could dump the 85 and just use a tiller outboard.
