70hp Evinrude 1984 Head bolt torque ?

Hello, Could someone please give me the torque for head bolts for a 1984 Evinrude 70hp? Also the tightening pattern. We are really new to out boards so any additional info you think we may need would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Susan.

What would that be in ft lbs please? And what is the formula for future ref?

Yes, thats correct! 200 divided by 12 = 16.66, which it says on a conversion sheet that I finally managed to find online. I didn`t know if to go by inches in foot or cubic inches in cubic foot. Thanks.
