"Ive got this moter idle perfect,runs out on dyno perfect,as soon as it goes in water won't acellerate unless you choke the moter carbs been over hauled 3 times, various electrical parts.my thought is bad lower crankcase seal. but ive been told this seal is no longer available. any help would be great thank , Ron"

"That seal is available, someone is feeding you nonsense.What is the compression on the motor.Sounds like the idle jets need to be set up by a "mechanic""

"thanks again,Ill check with some other sources on the seal.and the carbs were rebuilt by 3 diff marine techs and set up the last time on a dyno at a marina.comp,was aprox 120 on all three."
