70 hp losing cylinders intermittently

First run of the day runs great start up to move loses one to two cylinders and won’t run normal til the next day

Do a cylinder drop test on it to find out which cylinders are acting up.

I'd hit up the CDI Electronics Trouble shooting guide.

I had exactly the same problem - ultimately proven to be a faulty power pack - it was fine when cold, but once warm (after about 20 minutes) it would drop a cylinder.

Normally operation would not return until cooled - annoyingly, it would normally run just fine back at home on muffs as it had cooled down enough, and could not get hot enough on muffs to make the problem occur.

That was my problem and solution, but the troubleshooting guide may help identify your particular issue, which could be totally different to mine.
