I just bought a 1993 northwood

I just bought a 1993 northwood ski/fishboat with a 70 hp evinrude model# e 70 TLESB can anyone tell me if its a 2 stroke or 4 stroke and if it's a 2 stroke what is the oil/fuel ratio i should run. Does anyone know where i can find more info on this motor?
