70 hp Chrysler

I have a 70 model 70 hp Chrysler outboard. Seems to be failing the plugs right after a hard run. Checked the reed system and it is sealed off. I'm thinking to much fuel going through the carbs. Any ideas?

Welcome? The way it's set up? It can't feed/draw anymore than it can use. BUT,it can have a recirc system that won't return/burn the fuel that doesn't burn. Do a compression/spark test.Pics of the plugs? Then check the recirc system.
