Hi i have a 1986 6hp Johnson outboard hoping to get some advice, i cannot get full throttle and have realised the arm the carby roller rolls along is worn and broken so notoopening fullyand icannot get the part my question is if i put a rise at the end of the arm so when it is at wot the carby opens up will this be ok or will it put the timing out and damage themotor
