'67 3 hp Evinrude folding outboard

I have a '67 3 horse folding outboard I recently put a water impeller in. Question is how much water should be coming out of the water outlet. I'm getting a little water not sure if it should be more or it is ok the way it is. Thanks

The exhaust should just be blowing a slight water spray out those small holes halfway down that long exhaust housing.

It seems to be like a mist from the holes. Wasn't sure what to look for never had a folding 3hp or a rigid shaft 3hp before. I'm use to the 5.5 and up that put out more water. Thanks

Yep, it just blows out purely by chance--as a light spray or mist. Amount of tilt affects it too.
