motor started ran bout 45 mins then died i noticed the sparkplugs wires r not gettin fire what causes this an how do u pull the flywheel off the top of the motor do i need a special tool if so whats the tool called

yes brand new plugs an it would not plane off when it was runnin but u have 2 pull the flywheel off 2 get the power packs off right or can it b done without takin it off?

No" power packs " on that motor.----The 2 coils ( likely cracked ) are under the flywheel and the flywheel must be pulled off.------Visit your local friendly shop and they will pull it off.
