I need to take my tilt&trim motor off, How do I remove the grove pin?

Grove pins are simply (wedged) in and held by friction. So assuming it's not "frozen" in there from corrosion you simply "punch" it out.

Use a pin punch and a mallet - it punches out from the rear and re-installs from the rear..
