Hi. New to the forum from va. I recently found a mariner 60hp on craigslist. The guy i got it from said he was told it worked 3 years ago when he got it. I got it for free. I hooked it up on motor stand at back of my boat and hooked it up, new spark plugs and it fired up and ran but no water at tell tale. So i bought the water pump kit and impeller. The tilt/trim isnt wirking so i unscrewed the manusl release a few turns and i can only lift up about a third of the way. It stops about where the motor starts lifting faster if trim motor worked. Any ideas to get the motor tilted all the way up. I have a mercury 115 that ive done impeller on and manual release is fairly easy to lift up motor and its 100lbs heavier than 60. Also its a 1995 serial number 0g185851
