60hp mariner # 675 L 31686

What is the year of this motor and how good of a motor were they generally. I have a chance to get one , for 100 bucks with tilt trim and controls , unknown on the compression at this time . I'm mainly wanting the tilt trim unit , but the Motor would be a bonus if it checks out.
