60hp johnson won't start

I was given this 60HP(unknown year) two stroke engine that has been sitting for 7 years. It appears in excellent condition. I replace plugs, sprayed cylinders with foggers and it turns freely, with no corrosion noise or stickiness. It would not fire. No spark on any plug. The coils test good, so I replace the powerpack with no results. Still will not fire. Next suggestions?

Racerone, I am trying to figure that out, too. The aluminum placard on the engine mount is missing.

Look for plug on the block about the size of a quarter. Post any numbers you find on it.
