60hp evinrude 3 cylinder

i got a 60hp evinrude starts fine runs fine but water comes out the pee hole but stopped coming out the exhaust and motor gets warm ....any suggestions...thanks

Not all of the 60 HP motors are the same ----Model # is ??-------------If you do not know when an impeller was installed last , then the motor needs a new one !
