60 hrs mariner

I have a 60hrs mariner 1990 3 cylinder 2 cycle outboard and I am only getting fuel to the bottom cylinder. Any ideas?

Possible restriction in carb fuel line ,gummed up interior of carb,remove carb&clean&rebuild

I drained both carbs and squeezed the bulb until it was firm and started the motor. If fired on all cylinders and ran great. Any ideas?
