60 hp johnson idle issues

Boat runs well except when going back to neutral then it starts idling rough and it starts idling high.

Squirt some fuel in each carb throat once and see what happens.

When did the problem start.....after a storage period? What model number please? Do you use, or was it stored with ethanol fuel?
