I am having trouble with electrics the 10 amp inline fuse kept blowing after we cleaned all electrical plugs etc we now have no power at all! Can anyone help

What's the fuse for or control ??

You have a direct short in wiring harness, See if a wiring diagram is available on line

Or the part the fuse controls has a direct short. First place to look.

not sure it tucks up under the flywheel housing, we had an issue with the oil reservoir leaking when motor was fully up so I thought it might have got into one of the electrical plugs and shorted it so we cleaned all plugs, then no power at all. it all started when out at sea the fuse blew and had to get towed in once we changed the fuse tilt worked but would blow when try to start

Find a wiring diagram of your motor and trace it down using that.
