60 hp efi no start

I have a 60hp mercury efi it started and ran fine last year. This year, I got it ready and started it at home started and ran with no problem, Got to the lake backed it off the trailer and it died will not start. Fuel is getting to first fuel pump on rear of motor. But I cannot get it to flow to the vst. I can hear the fuel pump in the vst running when the key is turned on.
I cannot find a fuel diagram or how the low pressure pump is activated.

Any sugestions?

Post the model and serial number that's on the sticker and also, use that to search for a diagram and schematic.
