I fired up the boat after sitting the winter and I had no spark. I replaced the power pack with a used one that the shop said worked. Then I started the engine and it would not shut off. I purchased a new power pack and installed, now nothing. I put the other one back on and nothing. I checked the continuity between the two raised "m" terminals and they seem to be doing what they're supposed to. When I checked the resistance in the "safety disconnect" there was continuity with the button in or out it did not make a difference and so I disconnected it from the ground and still nothing. I seem to be missing something and I have no idea what it is. Can someone pleeeeeeeeeease enlighten me? I have two small boys that are anxious to get out on the water again.
