6.2 MPI loosing power

Hi, I recently got a boat with my first Mercruiser 6.2 MPI (twins), it has been running well but on a recent trip I ran slightly aground and dug a bit of mud. Just after that I got an alarm and revs limited. Later at idle I warmed the engine up and then revved in neutral but getting to around 3000 rpm I got the alarm again and revs limited. it's not because engine is in neutral as the other revved out fine. Is it pretty obvious I wrecked an impeller or should I look elsewhere?

Might be going into "Safe-Mode" .Anytime you use mud you need to replace the impeller
