I've just been given a 5HP 2 stroke Mariner I think abt 80s vintage - I know nought abt o/bs having mainly built larger vessels with inboards.
The steering arm on the 5hp has a knob up near the engine end and I don't know what it does - can anyone tell me what it is? - I feel stupid asking its prob obvious to other o/b users.
