"I have a 1997 190 Sea Ray that ended up filling up half the engine compartment with water when the 2005 hurricanes came through Florida, water sat for about a month before being drained, was not able to work on boat at time(long story) now have time, have got all electronics, trim motor, bilge pump, lights and so on working, changed out oil, gas, replaced starter, old one was shot(under water) alternator seems ok (above water)have removed spark plugs and squirted Marvelous Mystery Oil into cylinders, I have tried to hand crank the engine with no movement, looking for suggestions on next course of action.
Motor actually looks good, only has 285 hours, boat was on lift in boat dock the whole time.
