Motor starts and idles great but as soon as i try and throttle up it bogs down and will shut off until i slide it back to an idle speed?

Caused by one of three things or a combination of same.................
1 - Fouled, clogged, gummed carburetors. (Check high speed jets in bottom center of float chamber).
2 - Sticking timer base assembly under flywheel (Retarded timing).
3 - Throttle butterflies opening too soon in relation to timing. (To start opening when scribe mark on cam is dead center with carburetor throttle cam roller).
