53 25hp evinrude big twin

Hello t is my first post looking for some help I found my great grandfathers 1953 big twin 25hp in the back of the barn I thought this would be a great project. Now the issue is bore has some small pitting on bottom cylinder being limited parts could light honeing help this and does anybody sell rings?. I would like to get this back to like new condition for the most part. Thanks for any help
