50hp not peeing

Try cleaning out the Indicator hose (pee Hose) bugs love to build nest in there, blow low pressure air through the hose from the block end to the Indicator end.
 
ok good **** bugs in hose and is peeing but water still comeing out hole above lower unit up and over top at lower steering point

ok as u can see from pic water is gushing everywherei have nialed it down to a small hole in exhaust housing at front shiftrod atbottom and a hole just above shiftrod be hindlower steering bracket no seal at shiftrod and it do pee.are seals bad in lower unit?and can i fix or apro thank you butch123
 
The seals are not bad, it seems ok to me, water runs from many places and holes on the lower units, check the lower unit oil, if no water in the oil, the seals are good.
(as you remove the lower oil screw on the lower unit, if there is water in it, it will come out first)
