Hi,
a fuse is melting...the plastic of the fuse is melting but the fuse wont blow, also when im full throttle i think i can hear the warning beeps once in awhile but they go away and wont come back if i try to duplicate.

Thanks to anyone who has an idea

The fuse is hot from either an increase in current or resistance. Check all connections especially the bullet connectors on the side of the engine. They are a piss poor connection for the voltage regulator because they don't fit tightly. I would pull them apart one at a time and sand them both w/800 grit paper and reconnect them. To get inside the female connector roll the sandpaper like a cigarette.

I found the problem it was a small break in a wire in the voltage regulator harness. I missed it the first couple time I inspected the area, noticed it full of oxidization so I ordered a new one and spliced a new fuse holder in for the time being. thanks for taking the time to reply to my thread. Paul
