I am considering a tiara 35 wi

I am considering a tiara 35 with these engines. Some say they burn oil and do not perform well in this boat. Any comments on this?

Also what would it cost to re-power with 8.1MPI's?

"502's do inherently use oil but there's no reason they won't do a good job in that boat, besides that oil is cheap. Bobtail 8.1s are about $13,700. ea. plus labor.
