HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE A STRANG

HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE A STRANGE FEELING ABOUT THIS ONE.. I HAVE A 502 MERCRUISER CARB. I STARTED THE BOAT THIS MORNING AND NOTICED WATER GUSHING OUT OF A FREEZE OUT PLUG AND MY OIL COOLER CRACKED IN ONE END.. THE FREEZE PLUG LITERALY JUST POPPED OUT .. NOW I INSTALLED A NEW COOLER AND NEW FREEZE OUT PLUG AND WATER IS MIXING WITH THE OIL.. WARMED UP THE MOTOR AND MILKY STUFF STARTED TO COME OUT OF THE VALVE COVER BREATHER AND OUT OF THE CARB... AM WORRIED ANY CLUES OR IDEAS?? AM THINKING OIL GOT MIXIED IN THE OIL COOLER SINCE WATER GOES THRU THE CHAMBERS.. THANKS MARIO. FROM NY..

"If it is a combined power steering/ engine oil cooler ,bypass the cooler and retest.If it`s a power steering cooler only more than likely the manifolds or block suffered cracks from freezing
especially with a core plug popped out"

Now you need a New 1,... That 1 is Cracked,+ Split, Internally...."

someone did not winterize it properly

if it was you then it will be expensive, if it was someone else, boy do they have a suprise comming.

The oil in the power steering can NOT mix with the motor oil. The water in the oil is due to a crack in the motor.......

No other reason. Someone dropped the ball here."
