50 HP mariner carb cleaning

1995 50hp mariner missing when u get up to 2000 Rpm. Just dumped gas out if tank, all green and black looking . Tried with fresh fuel but no better. Is there anyway to clean the carbs without removing them ? Thanks .

Nope. You have to take them off to clean them properly.
