50 GXi Fuel Pump Question

I have a 5.0 GXi that I tried

I have a 5.0 GXi that I tried to start today. I do not hear the fuel pumps on key start. I have checked the fuses and they are good. Is it a simple "plug and replace" to change out the fuel pumps and if so where can they be gotten?

as far as i know the vst is no

as far as i know the vst is not servicable and you have to replace it for about $800.00 the pump that does'nt require removing the top cover of the vst can be replaced by itsself.try lightly taping on the pumps as you cycle the key on and off.this is a common problem on first start with todays fuels
