5.0 mercruiser engine knocking and sounds weird

hey guys....

need some help here.

my engine was running fine and all of a sudden i hear the enginge sounding diffrent and making a knocking noise here and then. i then turned the engine off and had to get towed back. heres a video of what it sounds like ...any help would be appreciated ....

Although it is hard to tell I would start by checking the oil, Is it milky?
If not then remove the valve covers and take a look... may be a bad rocker arm or push rod. maybe a bad or sticking valve???

Need to put the video camera closer to the noise to help us out more.

Ayuh,..... A Compression test will tell ya Where the problem is,...
