4hp engine won't start after winter break (internal gas tank).
I ran the gas from the carb (shutting off the little valve) last fall. (I've since opened that valve.)
This spring it will not start. If I put gas in the cylinder it runs a few seconds.
During the winter the engine laid some at a 45 degree angle... probably the wrong side.
Any suggestions... to get it running? (Other than don't be stupid!)
