4HP 4406R Water Pump oil seals part numbers

I have a 1974 4hp evinrude that needs the prop seal (at the gear case) and the seal right below the impeller. According to the diagrams they are both 0327031, I ordered new seals but the ones I received are too small OD. Anyone know where I can buy seals by dimension?

What lower unit is on this motor ?------Pictures ?-------Usually there is no issue with factory parts.

I got the parts from Crowley so I'm not sure they are correct. According to the details on Marineengines, the dimensions of their seal match what I need. The seal I got is apparently wrong although the part numbers match. I will order from Marineengines....
