engine starts fine and revs fine in nuetral , engine stutters and stalls under load but only until engine reaches operating temperature, once operating temp acheived no issues , this condition usually on 1st start up of the day even if engine cools substantially betwwen starts any ideas ?

Do you have the engine serial number handy? Does it have an IAC motor on the throttle body? What does the gauge say the engine operating temp is when it warms ?

engine # is OWOO8210, it is fuel injected, sry do not know what IAC is ?,, and it is around 175 degress, it is a 2004 model boat ,,, hope it helps Rinker 262 w/ bravo 3

Take it off and clean it and the throttle body passages w/spray throttle body cleaner and do not use CARB cleaner. Spray clean the throttle plate and throat. See if that helps the cold operation. The IAC may need replacement.
