470 Stalling Under Acceleration

"After the engine warms up to

"After the engine warms up to the normal 160 degree's I start stalling out under acceleration. If I back off the throttle it will run at low RPM but seems when I hit about 2500 RPMS it will stall out. I have checked the following and all seem to be fine per the manual. Timing, Fuel Pressure, Point Gap,Dwell, New Plugs (point gap, dwell and timing again), Cap and Rotor, Compression Checked the Engine. Now I am lost and need HELP!!!!!"
 
sounds like either the acceler

sounds like either the accelerater pump on the carb or the coil breaking down.i have read some post on here where they find it to be the tachometer
 
also mike i forgot to mention

also mike i forgot to mention it may be the advance under your dist plate the wieghts sometimes get rusted up and stick and you dont want to count out the points condencer either
